Jualan apa nih?
Sesuai judul: iPad3 4G+WIFI 16/32/64GB

Baru atau 2nd hand?
100% NEW.

Maksudnya garansi internasional tuh kayak gimana sih?

Apakah beneran bakalan dibantu claim? Nanti penjualnya hilang entah kemana

Jelas belum, boxnya aja masih disegel gimana mau dipasangin screen guard?

Dapat bonus screen guard atau silicone?
Maaf, tidak ada bonus screen guard atau silicone.

iPad 3 pakai microsim card, sedangkan sim card saya ukuran besar.

MbakDesi TIDAK PERNAH MENJUAL BARANG REPLICA DARI CHINA, JADI GARANSI 200% UANG KEMBALI (UANG ANDA SAYA KEMBALIKAN 2X LIPAT ]JIKA TERNYATA SAYA MENJUAL IPHONE ATAU IPAD REPLICA DARI CINA).

Cara bedain iPad 3 ASLI atau REPLICA gimana sih?
Cara paling gampang: colok aja ke iTunes, kalau bisa connect dan synchronise pasti 100% GENUINE.

Barcelona Holiday Accommodation

Barcelona Holiday Accommodation - The topic of this article is :How to get the most value for money Spain vacation this year. It does not matter what type of vacation you are looking for; family, action oriented or a beach holiday, you can get an all-in-one deal in Barcelona, and quality accommodation for a reasonable price! For a family (or any larger group) the best alternative will most certainly be to rent a Barcelona self catering apartment suited to your needs. This option is both the cheapest and, for most, the more rewarding way to stay in Barcelona as you get to have a more genuine impression of daily life in the city.

Best vacation apartment deal Barcelona

An obvious benefit of staying in an apartment is you are free to plan meals with your family or other travel companions without consideration of closing times etc. Staying close to one of the numerous markets, like the world-renowned La Boqueria, means you will find any type of eatable product you could possibly want to take advantage of having your own kitchen. Furthermore, you can ask the, usually, very knowledgeable professionals who work at the stalls for tips on have to handle what you buy. In any part of Barcelona you are never far from one of the traditional markets. Renting a Barcelona holiday apartment offers the traveler the chance to be more immersed in the local culture, and with all travel companions under one roof it makes it easier to organize your troops in the mornings!

A good deal does not simply mean the lowest price. A good deal for your vacation accommodation also means renting from an officially approved apartment agency! Holadays Barcelona (www.acomodis.com) is such an agency where you can rent official apartments with guarantees that you will actually get what you pay for, in including a safe, central location, a modernized apartment with all comforts (including WIFI, washing-machine, TV and stereo system etc.) and attentive and friendly service.

Your Barcelona Vacation

Renting an apartment for days means staying in one of the central Barcelona districts: In Eixample: the area For architecture buffs and shopaholics. Here you can follow the ruta de modernisme, walking around seeing the great works of Antoni Gaudí and his compatriots including the city’s great symbol Sagrada Familia. This central district is also a Mecca for shopaholics with the majestic Passeig de Grácia and Diagonal avenues littered with designer stores.

Apple Officials Said to Consider Stake in Twitter

Apple Officials Said to Consider Stake in Twitter - Apple, which has stumbled in its efforts to get into social media, has talked with Twitter in recent months about making a strategic investment in it, according to people briefed on the matter.
While Apple has been hugely successful in selling phones and tablets, it has little traction in social networking, which has become a major engine of activity on the Web and on mobile devices. Social media are increasingly influencing how people spend their time and money — an important consideration for Apple, which also sells applications, games, music and movies.

Apple has considered an investment in the hundreds of millions of dollars, one that could value Twitter at more than $10 billion, up from an $8.4 billion valuation last year, these people said. They declined to be named because the discussions were private.

Caribbean Snorkeling

Caribbean Snorkeling - Beautiful coral and colourful schools of fish, snorkelers find the Caribbean a natural choice.
Here is just a sample of some of the finest snorkeling spots in the Caribbean.

On the Caribbean Coast of Mexico, the Chankanaab National Park off Cozumel offers some clear and uncrowded waters, hundreds of colorful fish and spectacular reefs.

Two underwater parks outside Cancun - El Garrafon on Isla Mujeres and the reserve off the beach at Club Med both present great opportunities to see angelfish and sergeant majors as well as the splendid elkhorn and fan coral.

Bonaire's Marine Park provides excellent snorkeling. Swarms of fish looking to be handfed at Leonora's Reef and beautiful coral gardens and all sorts of marine creatures at Forest Reef and Ebo's Reef are highlights of the Park.
Snorkeling is also extremely popular in the Cayman Islands. Many aficionados believe that Little Cayman provides the very best snorkeling. Bloody Bay Point is particularly pleasing with shallows inhabited by exotic fish. Its tunnels and caves are visible to snorkelers. Wind Sock Reef has lovely specimens of sea fans, pillar coral and gorgonains. You may also see trumpetfish, filefish and barracuda here.

Curacao's Underwater Park is an excellent place to snorkel. Aided by trails and signs that identify marine species. Characterized by great visibility and coral reefs loaded with staghorn and gorgonians, teeming with snappers and wrassers. The occasional turtle can also be seen. You must go by boat to reach the park trail. Closer to shore there are excellent corals close to the surface in Knip Bay and Coral Cliff.

Off the western tip of Tobago, Buccoo Reef, attracts snorkelers to the vast area of coral heads just a few feet below the surface. You will see parrotfish, grunts, grouper and angelfish swimming among the forests of seafan, staghorn coral and white brain coral.

Providenciales, in the Turks and Caicos Islands, also has some wonderful snorkeling areas. Off Grace Bay is the Princess Alexandra National Park which has a trail. Although sometimes busy in season, those slightly more adventurous should walk west along Grace Bay to Smith's Reef where you can often swim with a turtle or two.

A snorkeler's paradise is Buck Island Reef National Monument in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Trail markers identify more than 300 species of marine life. Some of the best-preserved elkhorn and staghorn coral can be found at Fish Bowl Reef off St. John.

England Travel Guide

England Travel Guide - England is one of the four "home nations" that make up the United Kingdom. It is NOT the "same thing" as Britain or the UK. It is the largest of them, both in terms of surface area and population (about 50 million inhabitants out of about 60 million). On the island of Great Britain, Scotland sits to the north of England and Wales is to the west. Northern Ireland (also part of the UK) and the Republic of Ireland lie across the Irish Sea to west of England (and Wales). France and the Channel Islands are across the English Channel to the south, and to the east is The North Sea.

Region
England can be divided most generally into three sections, with deep historical and linguistic roots for each of them. These can be further divided into regions, which in turn consist of counties (most of which also have long histories, but have been revised in many cases for administrative reasons).

The South of England is roughly the area south of the River Thames and the Bristol Channel.
London, a vast and diverse metropolitan region to itself, the capital city of both England and the United Kingdom, and a global capital of finance, fashion and culture.
South East, broadly speaking, the area around and south of London, including the territory along the English Channel.
The West Country, the often-rugged peninsula extending southwest into the Atlantic and adjoining counties.
The English Midlands is the part of England east of Wales and across to the North Sea.
East Anglia, largely low-lying territory northeast of London.
The East Midlands, the geographic centre of England, and reaching to the North Sea.
The West Midlands, the industrial and rural area east of Wales.
The North of England is anywhere north of the Mersey and Humber rivers.
Yorkshire, regarded as one of the most scenic, varied and interesting of all the traditional counties.
The North West, major industrial cities and breathtaking scenery between Wales and Scotland.
The North East, the urbanised areas of Teesside and Tyne and Wear and sparsely populated borders with Scotland

Cities
England has many large cities. Listed below are nine of the most popular:

London - the capital of both England and the United Kingdom, a vast metropolitan area, and a global capital of finance, fashion and culture.
Birmingham - the UK's second largest city (by population) is located in the industrial heartland and many attractions for the traveller. It is a cultural, sporting, entertainment, shopping and media hub.
Bristol - largest city in South England (after London), vibrant music scene, lovely historic buildings and an attractive waterfront.
Brighton - Victorian seaside resort turned into one of the major nightlife centres of Europe.
Liverpool - Famed nautical city and home of the Beatles. (European capital of culture 2008)
Manchester - a cultural, sporting, entertainment, shopping and media hub. The UK's second largest city by metropolitan area, but its third largest by population.
Nottingham - home of Robin Hood and Nottingham Castle.
Newcastle upon Tyne - a thriving northern city with world-famous nightlife.
York - ancient capital of Yorkshire, with Roman, Viking and Medieval remains.
Other destinations
England has many outstanding landmarks and sites of interest. Listed below are nine of the most notable:

Hadrian's Wall
Lake District National Park
New Forest National Park
North York Moors National Park
Oxford and Cambridge - ancient and world famous universities.
Peak District National Park
South Downs National park
Stonehenge
Yorkshire Dales National Park
Understand
It is important not to confuse "England" with the the larger "Britain" or "United Kingdom"; see United Kingdom for clarification on this. England is the only part of the UK without an element of home rule, and is directly governed by the UK government sitting in Westminster (in London); that is something the English are beginning to mutter about amongst themselves, but it is best not to talk politics with the natives until you know the country very well - preferably after having lived there for some years.

Do NOT refer to Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland as "England". Its a common mistake, but will still irritate most English people, and is likely to offend those from the other countries of the UK other than England. Only refer to England itself as "England" (if that makes any sense).

Climate
England has been stereotyped as being cold, grey and rainy since the ancient Romans wrote home, but this is not an entirely accurate picture. The temperatures rarely get very cold or very hot, and while the country certainly gets rain, it's really not as wet as rumour has it. London alone has lower annual rainfall than Paris and New York, and it's not uncommon for parts of the country to go without rain for weeks and even months in rare cases. Parts of southern England often have summer water restrictions due to a lack of adequate rainfall during the previous winter, summer rainfall being inadequate to supply water demands.

Also in recent years, England has experienced some extremely hot summers. There is plenty of scope for leaving your raincoat at home, but make sure you've got one.

England's weather is very changeable on a day-to-day basis, but has a quite small difference between average conditions on a seasonal level. There is a general trend in recent years by which summers are getting drier and hotter, and winters wetter and warmer.

Northern and western parts are usually wetter than the rest of England due to the prevailing wind from the north west bringing down cold moist air from the North Atlantic, and the sunniest and warmest areas are in the far south and south east.

Winter and autumn are usually the wettest seasons where the weather is often very changeable and at times quite windy, especially in the north and west, where cold Arctic winds arrive. Spring conditions are very changeable: a day of hot sunshine is likely as not to be followed by a week of cold wind and rain; and vice-versa. Occasional snow even as late as May is not unheard of in northern England, but it will melt very quickly. Snow is particularly rare in the south east. Summer is generally warm in the south with average temperatures usually ranging from 20-25°C but be prepared for unsettled weather at any time of the year and make sure to check a weather forecast if you plan to be outdoors.

More frequently now, long, hot spells of weather can occur from May to September (especially in the south and east) with temperatures comparable to those found in the south of France or Spain. Central Europe has very hot summers and and very cold winters, but England is both less extreme (surrounded by water) and milder in the winter (influenced by the warmth of the North Atlantic Drift). If it were not for the North Atlantic Drift, England would be much much colder.

Below-zero (Celsius) temperatures are an irregular occurrence in the coldest months; but heavy, prolonged, snow is rare and temperatures are rarely below freezing for more than a few days. Perhaps every other year there will be a few days of road and rail disruption if snow falls - it is a common point of concern in England that the English are ill-equipped to cope with bad weather: even the slightest amount of snow often causes delays on public transport, especially rail. Really severe weather conditions are rare, but can cause major problems even though remedial action is usually taken very promptly. Flooding and the opposite, droughts, are minor problems although they are unlikely to affect the traveler. High winds occasionally disrupt travel, most often outside summer. Very rarely, tornadoes and minor earthquakes occur: the most recent took place in February 2008, in Lincolnshire in the east, 5.3 on the Richter scale and felt all around the country.

English people are said to have a passion for debating the weather: actually this is usually just an opening gambit to start a conversation with a stranger (see elsewhere in this article). Typically, these conversation openers are now only heard among the elderly members of society. Most discussions that do involve weather usually includes criticisms of it - including (though perhaps not at the same time) both that it's "too cold" and it's "too hot". Well-known conversational gambits (with due acknowledgment to Peter Kay) : "It's too cold for snow"; "It's that fine rain that soaks you through".

By road
From outside Great Britain
Since England is on an island, it is not possible to drive directly into England from outside Great Britain. Motorists have two choices to enter England from outside Great Britain, by various car ferry routes, or the Channel Tunnel.

Car ferries
From mainland Europe. - there are a wide variety of routes and operators from various countries. Ferry routes to British Mainland
From the Channel Islands. Services connect Jersey and Guernsey with the south of England.
From the Isle of Man. Services connect Douglas, Isle of Man with the north west of England
From Ireland. There are only limited car ferry services connecting Ireland directly with England. Alternatively it is possible to take a ferry from Ireland to Wales or Scotland and then continue the journey by road to England.
See "by boat" for further details.

Channel Tunnel
From France. Eurotunnel run a frequent train service from Calais, France, to Folkestone which carries vehicles and their passengers.
[edit] From elsewhere in Great Britain
A number of roads cross England's borders with its British neighbours. These roads range from the simple country lanes to motorways. There are obviously no border controls with Scotland or Wales; indeed, on smaller roads the border may not be noticed at all.

There are no tolls to cross into England; however, motorists need to be aware that crossing from England into Wales via the M4 and M48 Severn Bridges will need to pay a toll. Also, there is a M6 toll road to bypass the congestion of Birmingham (England's second largest city) on the main M6 motorway.

The most important road connections into and out of England are.

A1 from Edinburgh to Eastern Scotland
M4 from South Wales
M74/A74/M6 from Western Scotland
A55 from North Wales.

Get around
England is well serviced by domestic air, land and sea routes.

There are taxi firms everywhere (many are by booking only - find the phone number of the local company and phone ahead), and every town has a bus service. 'Black Cabs' are also common in cities and can be hailed from the side of the road. Sometimes in city centres, usually just after the nightclubs have closed, there will be queue for taxis which will sometimes be monitored by marshals or police.

Visitors should ensure that they only ever take registered taxis or black cabs; despite government action, many unlawful unregistered private taxi drivers exist - these do have a reputation for being unsafe, particularly if you are a woman.

England has one of the highest densities of railway lines per square mile in the world. There has been much improvement and investment in recent years to the railway network and rolling stock but delays and cancellations do occasionally occur. Overcrowding can be a problem in large cities, especially at 'rush-hour' times (7am - 9am & 5pm - 7pm, Monday to Friday) so it is best to avoid these times when tickets can be expensive as well.

Buses are numerous, frequent and reliable in most of the larger towns and cities and an ideal way of getting around. Rural areas are less well served and hiring a car is the best option to explore the countryside and villages.

The speed limit, unless otherwise stated, is 30 mph in built-up areas, 60 mph (approx 95 km/h) elsewhere and 70 mph (approx. 110 km/h) on motorways and other controlled-access roads. The traditional British 'reserve' and politeness may occasionally dissolve under the stress of congestion on the major routes, especially with the traffic problems in some of England's larger cities, but generally driving around Britain is an enjoyable experience and it is polite to acknowledge the courtesy of another driver with a nod or the raising of the hand as a form of thank you. Drivers will often flash their headlights to indicate that you are clear to pull out, or otherwise to give way to you, and it is considered polite to say thankyou by giving a wave or a quick flash of your headlights.

Flashing your hazards (ie, both indicators at the same time) is only used as an indication of danger. Usually it's used to indicate the car's broken down or to warn other drivers that there's a hazard up ahead, or more rarely a car directly in front or behind will flash their hazards to inform you or another driver that they consider you to be driving dangerously (this can occasionally lead to confusion as it's sometimes hard to tell whether they're talking to you or another car).

Brown and white road signs indicate nearby tourist attractions, and the blue i sign denotes Tourist Information.

Switzerland Travel Guide

Switzerland Travel Guide - Switzerland(German: Schweiz, French: Suisse, Italian: Svizzera, Romansch: Svizra) is a landlocked country in Central Europe. It has borders with France to the west, Italy to the south, Austria and Liechtenstein to the east and Germany to the north.

The climate is temperate, but varies with altitude. Switzerland has cold, cloudy, rainy/snowy winters and cool to warm, cloudy, humid summers with occasional showers.

Switzerland is known for its mountains (Alps in south, Jura in northwest) but it also has a central plateau of rolling hills, plains, and large lakes. The highest point is Dufourspitze at 4,634 m while Lake Maggiore is only 195 m above sea level.

Regions
Lake Geneva - A tourist region surrounding Lac Léman
Jura Mountains and Fribourg - Hiking, lakes, watch-making
Bernese Lowlands - The core region of Traditional Bernese influence
Bernese Highlands - The Bern alps
Central Switzerland - The Swiss homeland, William Tell, etc.
Basel - Industrial city, with countryside
Zurich - A tourist region in its own right
Northeastern Switzerland - Extending east from Aarau in Aargau canton. Generally not mountainous.
Valais - A skiing/hiking oriented tourist region
Graubunden - region which is the same as canton Graubunden, very mountainous, lightly populated and home to many of the greatest tourist cities
Ticino - region which is the same as canton Ticino
Cities
Zurich - Switzerland's biggest city and a major center of banking also has a thriving nightlife.
Geneva - This center of arts and culture, the second-largest city in Switzerland, is by far the international capital-- home to around 200 governmental and non-governmental organisations. Geneva was the home of John Calvin during the Reformation, elevating the city to the rank of "Protestant Rome," the effects of which drive Geneva today.
Berne - The Swiss capital features an amazingly well preserved old-town with arcades along almost every street. Great restaurants abound, as do bars and clubs. Check out the Einstein sites as well.
Basel - Slightly smaller than Geneva, Switzerland's third city is the traveller's gateway to the Rhineland and Alsace.
Lausanne - While Geneva is busy being the international capital, Lausanne fills the role in most of the rest of French-speaking Switzerland. Scenery, dining, dancing, boating and the Swiss wine-country are the draws.
Lugano - Italian-speaking Switzerland's top destination, with a gorgeous old-town and a pretty lake. The food is simply amazing.
Lucerne - Central Switzerland's main city with direct water links to all of the early Swiss historic sights. It's pretty too, and though it is heavily touristed the views and museums make putting up with the crowds well worthwhile.
Zermatt - There are a lot of mountain resorts in Switzerland, but only one of them has the Matterhorn.
Solothurn - Solothurn, situated on the river Aare and ont he foot of the Jura mountain range is referred to as 'Switzerland's Finest Baroque town'.
Interlaken - The outdoor and action sports capital of Switzerland. Anything from skydiving, bungee jumping, hiking, white-water rafting, to canyoning.

Get in
Major international airports are in Zurich, Geneva and Basel, with smaller airports in Lugano and Berne. Flying into nearby Milan (Italy), Lyon or even Paris (France) or Frankfurt (Germany) are other options though rather expensive and time-consuming (3h Frankfurt-Basel, 4h Milan-Zurich, 5h Paris-Berne) by train. Some discount airlines fly to Friedrichshafen, Germany which is just across Lake Constance (the Bodensee) from Romanshorn, not too far from Zurich. The Flagcarrier of Switzerland is SWISS which is a member of Star Alliance and successor of the famous Swissair.

Trains arrive from all parts of Europe. Switzerland is together with Germany one of the most central-lying countries in Europe, making it a center of railways and highways to the rest of Europe. Some major routes include:

The TGV, with several trains daily from Paris, Avignon, Dijon, and Nice.
Hourly trains to/from Milan with connections to all parts of Italy (also night-trains to Rome and Venice).
Hourly ICE (German high-speed trains) from Zurich to Karlsruhe, Mannheim, Frankfurt in Germany, many continuing toward Amsterdam, Hamburg or Berlin.
Regular ICE trains from Zurich to Stuttgart and Munich
Every night trains from Paris, Amsterdam, Berlin, Hamburg, Prague, Vienna, Belgrade, Rome and Venice to Basel, Geneva, Zurich and some also to Lausanne and Geneva.
Get around By plane
The following carriers offer domestic flights within Switzerland:

SWISS (Basel/Mulhouse (EuroAirport Swiss), Geneva (Geneve-Cointrin Airport), Lugano Airport, Zurich Airport)
Darwin Airlines (Berne (Belp Airport), Geneva (Geneve-Cointrin Airport), Lugano Airport)
But in almost every case you will be better off taking the train.

Public Transport
The Swiss will spoil you with fantastic transportation - swift, disturbingly punctual trains, clean buses, and a half dozen different kinds of mountain transport systems, integrated into a coherent system. The discount options and variety of tickets can be bewildering, from half fare cards to multi-day, multi-use tickets good for buses, boats, trains, and even bike rentals. In general there's at least one train or bus per hour on every route, on many routes trains and buses are running every 30 min, but as with everything in Switzerland the transit runs less often, or at least for a shorter period of the day, on Sundays. Authoritative information, routes, and schedules can be found at http://www.rail.ch, or from a ticket window in any train station.

Tickets
No one in Switzerland pays full fare for the transit system. At the very least they all have a Half-Fare Card (Demi-tariff/Halbfahr) which saves you 50% on all national buses and trains and gives a discount on local and private transit systems. Press the '1/2' button on the ticket machines to indicate you have this card, and be prepared to hand it to the conductor along with your ticket on the train. Annual half fare cards cost CHF150; foreigners can buy monthly cards for CHF99. You save CHF 57 on a round-trip ticket from Zurich to Lugano, so if you are planning on travelling a lot, it will quickly pay for itself.

The next step up from a half-fare card is a Swisspass, which grants you access to all national bus and rail, all city transit systems, and hefty discount on privately operated boats, cable cars, and ski lifts. These range from CHF 260 for a 4-day, 2nd class pass to CHF 578 for a month pass, 2nd class. Like the half-fare, you can buy this from any train station ticket office.

Only two trains in Switzerland require reservations: Bernina Express, running daily between Chur and Tirano and the Glacier Express running from St. Moritz to Zermatt.

Travel
Using the trains is easy, although the number of different kinds of trains can be a bit confusing unless you know that the schedules at a Swiss train station are color coded. The yellow sheet is for departures and the white sheet is for arrivals. Faster trains appear on both of these sheets in red, while the trains in black stop at more stations. For long trips it is often easier to use the website, as it will pick transfers for you. You need not fear transfers of five minutes or less. You will make them, provided you know exactly which platform you arrive on and which one you depart from. Many Swiss commute with a one or two minute transfer!

At the track, the signs indicate the destination and departure time. The small numbers and letters along the bottom show you where you can board the train. The letters indicate the zone you should stand in, and the numbers indicate the class. The class (1st or 2nd) is indicated by a "1" or "2" on the side of the car, these correspond with the numbers on the sign.

Luggage can be stowed above your seat or in between seats, or on a rack at the end of the car. During busy periods, people often stow large luggage (or skis) in the entrance area in between cars. This is usually fairly safe, but use common sense.

The variety of trains is bewildering at first, but is actually quite simple. The routes the SBB website suggests will make much more sense if you understand them. All trains have a one or two letter prefix, followed by a number, for example S3, IR2781. Only the prefix, the destination, and the time of departure are important.

S trains are local trains. They stop everywhere or almost everywhere, and generally reach into the hinterlands of a major station like Lausanne, but not to the next major station (in this case Geneva). If you are going to a small town, you may transfer at a large station to an S train for the last leg. Often you can use tickets from city public transit on the S system, but ask before trying.
RE trains (RegioExpress) generally reach from one major station to the next, touching every town of any importance on the way, but don't stop at every wooden platform beside the tracks.
IR trains (InterRegio) are the workhorses of Swiss transit. They reach across two or three cantons, for instance from Geneva, along Lake Geneva through Vaud, and all the way to Brig at the far end of the Valais. They only stop at fairly large towns, usually those that boast three or four rail platforms.
IC trains (InterCity) are two decker express trains with restaurant cars. They are sumptuous and comfortable, often putting vaunted services like the TGV to shame, and make runs between major stations, with occasionally stops at a more minor one where tracks diverge.
ICN trains (InterCity) are the express tilt-trains, as luxurious as the IC trains. They run between major cities like Geneva, Lausanne, Zürich, Biel, and Basel.
There are also a number of small gauge railways that don't fit this classification that supplement the busses in the hinterlands, such as the line from [Nyon] to [La Cure].

You can bring your bicycle on every train in Switzerland, with two provisos: you must have a ticket for it (available from the ticket machines, CHF 10 for a day pass), and you must get on at a door marked with a bicycle. On ICN trains and some IR trains this is at the very front of the train.

Information for railway fans
In Switzerland nearly all railways run electrically but it is possible to find many steam railways such as the Brienzer Rothornbahn or the Furka Railway for instance. There are many interesting mountain railways of all types. In Switzerland most electric trains get their power from a single phase AC network at 15 000V 16 2/3Hz. This network uses its own powerlines run with 66 kV and 132 kV, which have, unlike normal power lines, a number of conductors not divisible by 3. (Most powerlines for the single phase AC grid of the traction power grid have four conductors.)

Here is short list of remarkable railway lines:

The Glacier Express from St. Moritz to Zermatt, a 8 hours travel in the swiss Alps.
The Bernina Express from Davos to Tirano, the highest transversal in the Alps, high mountain scenery.
The Jungfraujoch railway, from Interlaken (560 meters) to the Jungfraujoch station (3450 meters) in two hours. Definitely the most impressive journey in the Alps.
The Gornergrat railway, departure from Zermatt to the 3090 meters high Gornergrat.
The Lötschberg is a line connecting Berne and Brig, not considered as a mountain train but still impressive scenery.
Car
For using the motorways you need to buy a "Vignette", a sticker which costs 40 CHF that allows you to use the motorways as much as you like for the entire year. Avoiding the motorways in order to save the toll price is generally futile; the amount is well worth it, even if you are only transiting. Other roads may have additional tolls levied, such as the Gottard base tunnel.

Speed limits: 120 km/h on motorways, 80 km/h on normal roads and 50 km/h inside villages. Whilst driving "a wee bit too fast" is common on motorways people tend to stick pretty closely to the other two limits. Fines are hefty and traffic rules are strictly enforced.

Bali Travel Guide

Bali Travel Guide - Bali is one of over 13,000 islands in the Indonesian archipelago and is located just over 2 kilometres from the eastern tip of the island of Java and west of the island of Lombok. The island home of approximately 4 million people is approximately 144 kilometres from east to west and 80 kilometres north to south.

The islands varied landscape of hills and mountains, rugged coastlines and sandy beaches, lush rice terraces and barren volcanic hillsides provide a picturesque backdrop to the colourful and deeply spiritual culture of this 'Island of The Gods'.

Region
South
Denpasar — A large, bustling city, the administrative center and transport hub of the island but not a major tourist destination.
Bedugul — A small village north of Denpasar
Jimbaran — Sea-side resorts and nice beaches south of Kuta.
Kuta — Surfer central, by far the most heavily developed bit of Bali. Lots of shopping and night-life, and the center of party culture on Bali.
Legian — Surf beach. Located between Kuta and Seminyak. Also the name of Kuta´s main street.
Nusa Dua — A enclave of expensive high-end resorts.
Sanur — More sea-side resorts and beaches.
Seminyak and Kerobokan — Quieter, more upscale beachside resorts and villas just to the north of Kuta, with some fashionable upscale restaurants and trendy designer bars. Much of the nightlife has moved into this area, especially around Jalan Dhyana Pura.
Canggu An area located about 20 mins drive of greater Seminyak, popular with expats.
Tanah Lot Just north of Seminyak with temple and plush hotels
Uluwatu — A small village near the southernmost tip of Bali with a stunningly located clifftop temple. The name is also broadly used to describe the southern portion of the island.
Uluwatu beach is one of the islands greatest, located at the other end of an amazing cave. Central

Bedugul — Nice lakes in the mountains, Golf Course, Botanical Gardens, and the famous Ulun Danu temple.
Between Sanur and Ubud — A series of "crafts villages" featuring wood carving, painting, batik, and jewelry
Ubud — The center of art and dance in the foothills, with an interesting small palace, monkey forest, and lots of arts and crafts shops.
Sayan — very spectacular rice terraces.

Gilimanuk — Ferry to Java
Negara —
North

Lovina — Small villages, black volcanic sand beaches and coral reefs on Bali's north coast.
Singaraja -- Largest city on the north shore.
Kintamani — Cooler mountainous region of Bali where growing fruit and vegetables is the main horticultural activity . The main attraction for travellers is located around Lake Batur where Peneloken provides the first spectacular view of this crater lake, set in a vast volcano caldera. A climb to the summit of Mount Batur, still an active volcano, to watch the sunrise is an unforgetable experience for more energetic travellers. Further along the rim of the caldera is Pura Ulun Danau Batur, the second most important temple in Bali.
East

Amed — A peaceful fishing village. The newest tourist area to be developed in Bali, featuring black sand, coral reefs and excellent diving. Some good restaurants too.
Candi Dasa — A very quiet tourist area with a few good restaurants. A great place to curl up with a good book.
Tirta Gangga -- Mountains, the water palace and beautiful rice terraces.
Padang Bai
Islands

Nusa Penida — is an island southeast of Bali island, Indonesia. Administratively, the island is a subdistrict of Klungkung regency. There are two small islands nearby: Nusa Lembongan and Nusa Ceningan. The Badung Strait separates the island and Bali.
Nusa Lembongan — is an island off the southeast coast of the main island of Bali. The water is quite clear; good for diving and snorkeling. Surfing is crowded but nice waves. Nice coral sand beach. Learn about the cosmetic seaweed farming industry.
Nusa Ceningan — is the smallest of the three islands and is rarely visited. Waters around Nusa Ceningan are crystal clear, hosting colorful coral and sea creatures, making it an ideal location for snorkeling and for any other water sport activities.

Understand
The word paradise is used a lot in Bali, and not without reason. The combination of friendly, hospitable people, a magnificently visual culture infused with spirituality and (not least) spectacular beaches with great surfing and diving have made Bali Indonesia's unparalleled number one tourist attraction. Eighty percent of international visitors to Indonesia visit Bali and Bali alone.

The popularity is not without its flip sides — once paradisaical Kuta has degenerated into a congested warren of concrete, touts and scammers live on overcharging tourists, and the island's visibility has even drawn the unwanted attention of terrorists in 2002 and 2005 — but Bali has managed to retain its magic. Bali is a wonderful destination with something for everyone, and though heavily travelled, it is still easy to find some peace and quiet if you like.

Culture
Unlike any other island in largely Muslim Indonesia, Bali is a pocket of Hindu religion and culture, although Balinese Hinduism is so far removed from the original Indian variety that the casual eye will be hard put to spot any similarities. Every aspect of Balinese life is suffused with religion, but the most visible signs are the tiny offerings (sesajen) of flowers, glutinous rice and salt in little bamboo leaf trays, found in every Balinese house, restaurant, souvenir stall and airport check-in desk. They are set out and sprinkled with holy water no less then three times a day, before every meal.

Balinese dance and music are also justly famous. As on Java, the gamelan orchestra and wayang kulit shadow puppet theater predominate. Dances include:

barong or "lion dance" — a ritual dance depicting the fight between good and evil, with performers wearing fearsome lion-like masks
kecak or "monkey dance" — Actually invented in the 1930s by early German resident Walter Spies for a movie but a spectacle nonetheless, with up to 250 dancers in concentric circles chanting "kecak kecak", while a performer in the center acts out a spiritual dance

Festival
There are an estimated 20,000 temples (pura) on the island, each of which holds festivals (odalan) at least twice a year and there are many other auspicious days throughout the year, meaning that there are always festivities going on.

There are some large festivals celebrated islandwide, but their dates are determined by two local calendars. The 210-day wuku or Pawukon calendar is completely out of sync with the Western calendar, meaning that it rotates wildly throughout the year. The lunar saka (caka) calendar roughly follows the Western year.

Funerals, called pitra yadnya, are another occasion of pomp and ceremony, when the deceased (often several at a time) are ritually cremated in extravagantly colorful rituals.
Galungan (next held on 20th August 2008). A 10-day festival celebrating the death of the tyrant Mayadenawa. Gods and ancestors visit earth and are greeted with gift-laden bamboo poles called penjor lining the streets. The last day of the festival is known as Kuningan.
Nyepi, or Hindu New Year, usually March/April (next held on March 26, 2009). This is the one festival worth avoiding: on Nyepi, also known as the Day of Absolute Silence, absolutely everything on the island is shut down and tourists are confined to their hotels (find somewhere with a pool). However if you are in Bali in the weeks preceding Nyepi you will see amazing colourful giants (Ogoh Ogoh) being created by every banjar throughout the island. On Nyepi Eve the Ogoh Ogoh are paraded through the streets, an amazing sight, not to be missed especially in Denpasar.
Nyepi is a very special day to the Balinese as this is the day that they have to fool all evil spirits that no-one is actually on Bali - hence the need for silence. If this can be achieved, then it is believed that the evil spirits will go looking elsewhere for their prey and leave Bali island alone for another year. Balinese people are very religious and life is full of ritual - Nyepi is one of the most important days in their calendar. Police and security are on hand to make sure that everyone abides by this rule.

Nyepi also serves to remind the Balinese of the need for tolerance and understanding in their everyday life. In fact, Hinduism on Bali is unique because it is woven into and around the original Balinese animistic religion. The two now have become one for the Balinese - a true sign of tolerance and acceptance!

All national public holidays covered in Indonesia also apply, although Ramadan is naturally a much smaller event here than in the country's Muslim regions.
